*Prize: During the duration of the contest, Open Farm Inc. (“Open Farm” or "OF") will send four (4) golden bowl packages to customers in their Open Farm deliveries, with each golden bowl recipient being a grand prize winner (the "Winners"). Each Winner will be awarded a 2-night stay at a pet-friendly hotel (excluding any incidentals); two all-expense paid dinners (in amounts determined by OF); one doggy day care pass, one doggy spa pass, and one doggy activity pass at a location to be determined by OF; and an Open Farm gift basket containing a gift certificate for use on www.OpenFarmpet.com or www.OpenfarmPet.ca (the "Award"), with a total prize value of $2,000 CAD or less. The four winners will be randomly selected, with golden bowl packages being placed in only four orders made on openfarmpet.com or openfarmpet.ca between November 25th and December 15th. OF will not be responsible for any expenses not stated herein (including, but not limited to, taxes, transportation or any other applicable fees or costs not expressly identified above as part of the Award, whether or not such expenses are related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize); all such other expenses will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The contest prize Award is non-assignable and non-transferable, and is not redeemable, exchangeable or substitutable for cash.
The grand prize winner will be required to sign a Liability Release provided by Open Farm and film a video to share their winnings to claim the prize. The grand prize winner agrees to permit Open Farm and its affiliates to use his/her name, likeness and prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation or permission required to the extent permitted by law. The winner may also be required to answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside at the time of entry.
